We are responsible for your production of events, from our conception to completion. Within our exhibition organizing team, we have three main roles Marketing our marketing team is responsible for researching to the relevant sector of the industry at which the exhibition is aimed, in order to Find out if there is sufficient demand for the show/in case of a new event and Asses where the marketing team should focus its promotional activity We create a campaign, the nature of which will depend on weather the show is a trade or consumer event. We use magazine, website and journal adverts, posters direct mail and other promotional devices to maximize publicity and attract as possible to the event
Sales: in this section we are responsible for all non-ticket revenue, from selling sand place to arranging sponsorship. However, our main task is to sell the conceptual package of the exhibition to potential exhibitors in the hope that we will buy stand space for the event. Operation: responsible for everything other than our sales of the stand space and the marketing of the event. We book venue, make sure all the necessary contractors are hired, and ensure that all the required services are provided for exhibitors and visitors. Our operation staff coordinates the buildup of the event and sure that everything is in a place ready for the opening of the show. During the event, the team liases which exhibitors, contractors and visitors to ensure that every one is satisfied. We are also ready to deal with event coordinates the smooth and the efficient break down of the event.
Event Planning and Organizing
Corporate events: We offer corporate event planning for any one the small privately owned business to the large corporation. When planning your event we will customize it to suit you, your employees, and your clients. The greatest attention will be paid to every detail. We can also help to organize small conferences or conventions. Fund-raising events: We can help you plan your non-profit event for a lower fee. We will do our best to find sites and vendors that are willing to lower their costs or donate their site, services, or time to you. We can also help to organize fund-raising events
